Due to the nature of digital content and the immediate access provided to educational materials upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or credits for any purchases made on our platform, including but not limited to:
- Pre-recorded video lessons
- Study packs (partial or complete)
- Any other digital educational materials
Access Provision
After successful payment, our administrative team will grant access to the purchased materials in your student portal within a reasonable timeframe (Within 1 to 12 hours at most). Once access is provided, the no-refund policy is strictly enforced.
Validity Period
Purchased study materials are accessible for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase or until you appear for the A/L examination, whichever comes first. No refunds will be issued for expired access.
